Hello all!

I've started up a new gun forum dedicated specifically to the Smith & Wesson N-frame revolvers. I invite you all to stop by and check it out. As this is a new forum and I am a bit of an N-frame newbie myself constructive criticism is encouraged!

I must pause to wonder how many active members you will have on a board that asks for money to enable basic features?

Basic everyday features that we are accoustomed to receiving free on such boards as The High Road, The Firing Line, S&W Forum, 1911 Forum, 1911Owners Group and others.

Now I realize that $1 a month is cheap. It's just the hassle of paying it. As it is I will NOT give any debit/credot card or checking account info out to an unknown company on the internet.

ezboard may be easy, but is it safe?

All boards cost money to run. Some people fund them out of their own pocket, others sell advertising, and there are also those that ask for member donations. The EzBoard forums make it easy for members to help support the board, but you do not need to pay anything to become a member and post. I have run the BREN-TEN.com forum for a couple years now and while I paid for it myself the first few months there have been enough contributors to keep it going with out being a financial burden on me. You are free to register and post as much as you like without having to spend a dime. If anyone wants to help out by pitching in a couple bucks then I am very appreciative. But this certainly isn't any kind of money-making enterprise for me. I'm simply setting up a place to share information and inviting individuals with similar interests to check it out.
