new Henry Golden Boy 30-30 ejection problems

a friend of mine just bought a brand new Henry Golden Boy 30-30, about $800, first thing, probem chambering ammo and ejecting is a no go. sad to pay this much for a beautiful firearm and have to take it back. anyone else have problems with this animal?

If he has tried other brands of ammo with the same results, then he really should send it back to be repaired under warranty. Stuff happens!

They have very good customer service talk to them.I hear the owner personaly reads the e-mails. They should pay shipping both ways.
