I use Devcon 2 ton epoxy with a squirt of paint tint from the paint store or lumber yard. Most will give you a small bottle for nothing. You don't need much, the more tint you put in the longer it takes the epoxy to cure.
Thanks for the comments. I used to put my logo on that way.Very nice! A pleasure to see as opposed to the cleavers folk seem to like making these days.
And, with a sheath that took more than 20 minutes to finish to boot!
I wonder if you maybe shouldn't experiment with your logo being longitudinal to the blase though?
Jason,Thanks Harv. I use Devcon 2 Ton as well, but my only experience with trying to tint it (I used oil paint) didn't turn out so well. I figured maybe oil based paint was the problem, but for whatever reason, the epoxy never cured. I think after reading your post I probably used too much paint, as well.
