I was actually looking around for any info on the Varget speed Winchester Staball powder that's supposedly coming out soon when I ran up on an Accurate Shooter article on a new Alliant powder:

BLUF:
- Burn rate between RL15 and RL16
- Uses same temp stable technology as RL16 and RL23
- Supposedly provides higher velocities and lower SDs than Varget in applications like 6mm Dasher and heavy bullet .223/.308.
That space in between the Varget and 4350 speeds is a pretty useful area, where powders like LVR live. A temp stable option would be a welcome addition. I'd be interested in trying 15.5 in the 6mm ARC and 6.5 Grendel if it's not too bulky (might be though, both RL16 and RL23 are pretty bulky).
Hopefully we can avoid grousing in this thread about a new powder coming out when it's hard to get any powders. Things do seem to be slowly getting back to normal, and this powder will definitely be on my list to try once I get the chance.
