well I was wondering if the ruger 22 caliber air rifles are good this one with pba ammo is supposed to shoot 1200fps and lead pellets at 1000fps and is singleshot break barrel so has anyone had or has one and how you like it?

I have seen it online ($180 at Pyramyd Air). Break barrel, overall ratings a 4+ out of 5 stars (33 @5 stars, 13 @4 stars), but lots of 5 stars for accuracy, and it seems to like the heavier pellets. Comes with rings and a scope.

I haven't had any good experiences with the PBA ammo so I now stay away from it.

I think they are made in China, and are really re-branded Chinese RWS, but not sure.
Anyway, they are not made by, or for Ruger!
Ruger has nothing to do with air guns in any way, shape, or form.
Umarex just pays Ruger to use the Ruger name & trademark on them.
