New to deer hunting!

Thanks Guys for all the helpful advice. I've got to wait to Nov. 23 till I can get in the woods. I'm so excited that I can't stand it. One of the private land owners that I'm gonna hunt with showed me some game camera pics he got over last week...I saw 2 6 point bucks and an 8 point in the pics and probably 10 does.

The looked great in the pics but they will look even better in my rifle scope

Don't get too excited over the pix unless some are in the daytime. My first year with a trail camera I had scads of nice buck pix. I had a real nice 10 pt, (2)8's and a 7, plus several little bucks. I had one picture of the 7 pt in the daytime. During black powder season I took a 6 pt that wasn't on the camera. Never saw any of the bucks that were on the cam. Read everything that you can find on hunting buck sign. Scrapes, rubs and trails can tell you a lot.
