The way things are going, how long will we be able to keep firearms? Socialism has a most direct bearing on firearms as well. Please point out a fully-formed socialist country with RKBA. Firearms are not an insulated universe, especially politically.

That's the same logic that SCOTUS uses to determine that using your own bathroom affects interstate commerce. By that logic, the flapping of a butterfly's wings in far away Tibet has something to do with guns and is therefore on topic. If that's the case, could we not simplify things and change this rule:

1.) All topics and posts must be related to firearms or civil liberties issues.

By the way, LBJ started the social welfare programs of the "great society" and his "war on poverty" (including headstart pre-kindergarden programs) while fighting the Vietnam War. And he did it all with a balanced budget--by raising taxes to increase revenue, thus proving that leftists are indeed either very stupid, or very evil.
