Nightforce Scope Windage Frozen

I have a nightforce 5.5-22×56 nxs riflescope and the windage will not budge. Last year I shot a mile and left the scope adjusted up 78 and 6 windage. I lowered the scope and took a shot and missed. I then checked the windage and noticed it was set to 6. I tried to adjust it to zero and no dice. It's not budging. I do not want to force it as it was never hard to operate before. Thoughts? Did I screw up the scope leaving it adjusted so high?

I have exactly the same scope. You may have it maxed in one direction. Move the working knob to the center of the range and try again. They are guaranteed so if it doesn't play call them....
