It should also be pointed out that these types of predictions aren't really aimed at the Average Joe. They are very useful, especially if proven statistically correct. Just not useful to us.

Well, they're only three months late I guess.

if they could do something like that to address the by-products of such, like the level of scrutiny, the wording, and whether or not SC would actually broaden the scope (if only by a bit) in the decision, then tell them to try it again.

RP88, Please go ahead and re-read it... the whole thread and the link if you want to know more about what was done. And Strict scrutiny will play a part in the consideration based on the judges comments. Thanks for your support.

We are here becuase we desire civil and courteous discussion of firearms and firearm related topics. If after having racked up hundreds or thousands of posts you cannot handle discussing someone's post without insulting and berating them, then you are more than welcome to pass by the post, no one will mind in the least if you keep your low road comments to yourself.
