no castle doctrine in MN.

we just failed to get castle doctrine with a tied 9-9 vote. I did not know it was coming up till the day of vote and was unable to call my nutty dfl senators. ANYHOW!!! my question is when will we get another chance???

Remember, it took more than 7 years to get the 2003/2005 "shall issue" bill passed in MN.

I actually see the 9-9 vote tie as very hopeful in its first vote before a committee. It was many years before the "shall issue" got a hearing before a committee.

It still could be ammended to a similar bill on the floor.
