Larry, as cresent wrenches are more adept at rounding off nuts, I'd say use it as a hammer. Its less likely to do any damage.

As a farm boy I can't remember not having a knife in my pocket.One store I worked in had employees that were obviously uncomfortable with the knife(boxcutters in the storage room weren't a problem) so I started to carry a piece of flint,sharper than the knife but shaped like an oversized silver dollar.
