First off I am not looking for legal advice or money in a crowd source project. Just throwing this up here to vent a little bit. Today I got put in a situation I thought I would never be in and will change my life for several years.

I got arrested today and charged with a Class C felony in Alabama. To spare the boring details it is a baseless allegation as I easily made bail to post about it. My team (yep team) of attorneys are already preparing a counter lawsuit for false arrest. I have both a military JAG and family attorney taking the case. But needless to say I won't be carrying concealed, or at all for awhile.

Anyway, not looking for anything in particular. Just venting.

Well just remember that charges being dropped does not mean record expunged. Incase that battle is in your future.

I am sorry to hear of your troubles. I'd hate for something you say here getting you jammed up in court. You never know what may be found or brought into question. With that in mind I am closing this thread.
