OCW: Load Development

Thought I'ld throw this out there...Dan Newberry has a pretty interesting way of load development. His theory, IIRC, is that there is / are load weight "zones" (I guess that's a good enough term) where a load will produce some pretty optimal groups. He's saying that there is an Optimal Charge Weight (OCW) for every cartridge that will perform from well to exceptionally well in every rifle.
