About 4 years ago my local gunshop had this odd semi-auto in. I really wanted it but had never heard of the name brand and was conserned about parts and accessories. I was just thinking about it this morning and how I would kinda like to track one down..If I could just remember the name.
It was a DA/SA .45 double stack with a grip design similar to the CZ/Witness/Baby Eagle. It had an odd greenish-blue finish (similar to Birdsong or Wilson just a different color, not like chemical blueing) that was even more eye-catching at the time since colored pistols hadnt become the rage. It also had the smoothest and lightest DA pull that I have ever felt. It wasn't like the Para LDA, but a true, repeatable DA. And the SA was to die for...and all factory stock. Does anyone know what the heck I'm talking about? I seem to remember it being Swiss, or Sweedish maybe and having a name that started with an A, perhaps initials.
Thanks
