Offset Scope Mounts

I searched but didn't find much... I recently saw a thread similar but it didn't address this specific need.

I have some damage to vertebrae in my upper back and neck and find it awkward to tilt my head over the stock to see through a scope. I found one pricey offset scope mount but that one moves the scope all the way over to the opposite eye. I don't need or want that plus I'm on a budget so I don't want anything custom. Are there any options available that just move the scope over an inch or a bit more? I need options for both standard and picatinny style mounts. I'm right-handed so I need the scope moved to the left. Maybe two of those 45 degree angle will work for the picatinny option?

ETA: I do realize that lateral parallax will be affected but I can live with that.
 
Thank you. Those are the 45 degree type I mentioned. I didn't think they'd move the scope far enough but what I failed to consider is that the added height of the rings will move the scope out even farther so, yes, they may work!!

Just found these... I wonder if these are any good: Offset 30mm Rings
