Shooting a Hi point is like making out with your sister..it feels good till somebody sees you.... :neener:
Just a joke son........I'm all for cheap reliable guns..my step son has one of their carbines and it's amazingly accurate, and if kept well lubed it doesn;t jam.
I have never shot one of their handguns, but I want to..if anyone around Albany NY has one I can try out PM me..I promise I'll do an honest report..after all I'm the guy who loves his $150 Rossi snubby.....

Any gunshow in OKC, OK:

9mm Hi-Point $89
.40 Hi-Point $109
.45 ACP Hi-Point $129

Buy it...
Shoot it...
When it needs cleaning after a 1000 rds or so toss it in the trash and buy another.

Blowback operated, fixed barrel very accurate for the money and go boom 999 times out of a 1000.

Hi-Point supplies a weapon that works good enough to those who otherwise cannot afford a weapon that works good enough.

For those of us who can afford our Sigs, BHP's, S&W's etc - well - a Hi-Point makes a darn good gun just to toss into the tool or tackle box and forget about until one of those odd occasions when having a gun in there just might prove to be serendipitous.

They aren't that hard to disassemble if you follow instructions. If you can't do it the second time you have problems. They just disassemble differently than most handguns.GEEZ! :banghead:
