Come across a CVA Rifle it is in excellent shape one owner, no rust, beautiful wood stock, good brass. It is my first black powder rifle and I am new to this scene. I would like all the insight from you fellow black powder guys on this rifle value, dependability, are they good rifles? anything will help. Thanks guys

Made in Spain? Check the barrel. Post a pic if you can.

I like mine (CVA Hawken)... assuming all parts are functioning and the barrel is in good shape, should be a good shooter.

Spain

It is made in Spain, has it on the barrel. Pictures to come this evening
