Is a non-resident of Wyoming (with a CCW license in a reciprocating state) allowed to open carry in Wyoming? I have searched opencarry.org, handgun law.us, and Wyoming code, but I cannot find any reference to OC for non-resident.
I'm going out for a month or so around Christmas and I do know that I would much rather open carry in WY than CCW (CCW has way too many restrictions).
Thanks for your help.

As long as you are legally able to own a pistol, you can open carry.

As far as CCW, I don't have any issues. I don't go in many of the establishments that are listed on the back of my card, when I do I lock my weapon up in the car for the short ammount of time I'm in the place. Other then whats listed on the card I carry everywhere I go, and have never seen a posted sign that says I can't CC.

^ I take that last line back...Cheyenne Frontier Days was posted no weapons.

I don't hang out at Bars, LE, Detention/Jail/Prison, Court Room, Government, Legislature, or School establishments, so I don't find these locations restrictive.
