PA reloaders - group supplies buy?

There has to be a ton of reloaders from PA (central - Harrisburg area) on THR.

Any interest in a group buy (or just someone to stack up an order to save haz-mat fees?) for stuff like powder/primers/bullets... heavy stuff that adds up when shipping.

hi-techammo has a good deal, buy 4 8lb jusgs and no haz-mat fee... I can't justify all 32lbs... maybe 16.

Any interest? Gun clubs? Anything?
