Pardner pump 12 Vs. rem 870

Hey, I just bought a new N.E.F Pardner pump action 12GA. I know its a look alike, but how similar are they? Are the stocks and fore grips compatible with one another? How about the internals? Thanks guys

Well the barrel is NOT the same, the other stuff like stocks and grips should be fine.
