I don't see how this situation would possibly help Constitutional Carry in Texas. It is just proof that LTC works.

James Jones came into the sports bar complaining about "Mexicans" and making incoherent statements. Jones killed a man of Hispanic descent, Cesar Perez, who tried to calm him down. i don't see "constitutional carry" coming from this one.

And if LTC works and it's not the Wild Wild West then Constittuonal Carry should be easier to pass. It'd be worse if concealed carries were unjustifiably blowing away people all the time.

The "wild west" was not as deadly per capita as today's Chicago, even with virtually no gun laws.
