Here are a few I am recently into: the top gun is an m37 Ithaca from the early 60s. It is just post the interchangeable barrel years.26" Plain barrel 20 ga 2 3/4 in Modified barrel. It weighs 5 7/8 pounds and doesn't recoil bad with reasonable 1 oz loads, I liked 7 1/2 high brass when I was 17 and got mine given to me by parents when I graduated high school !
Bottom gun is an Ithaca "Long Range" 2 3/4" 20 ga. , 26" Imp. and Modified made in 1941 . It is perfect with #5 Nickle plated Fiocchi loads on the kind of Pheasant fields we have around here. HOWEVER steel shot only is being mandated around here lately so I been focusing on the middle gun; a 1966 Browning A-5 20 Magnum. It had a 28" Modified barrel on it that I could should those Hi Speed Steel #7s (3/4 of an once!) out of , but I hustled up on E bay a Japanese 20Ga Magnum barrel that had been fitted for Tru Chokes on E bay and now have fitted a new Colonial Arms Super Steel extended choke in what will give me a loose modified with the steel loads and an imp. cylinder with lead (I got hundreds of 1 1/4 oz 3" mag #6s from somebody for peanuts!) if I get to the Dakotas again!

Those are some nice looking guns.

I don't have a dedicated upland gun anymore, just my banged up VersaMax that I shoot for everything. It gets a little heavy after a while, but really is a pretty sweet shooter.

I don't have a pic but it is my Remington Model 11 20 gauge. It used to be my same gun in 16 gauge but ammo is getting difficult to find. Yes, I am an old guy.....chris3
