Just received a new LeMat reproduction.
I've taken it apart to clean and lube it.
The nipples were a real bear to get out. Damaged my nipple wrench getting them out.
They have a small square head on them. Not the typical wide flat two side slot.
So I would like to replace them but I do not know what thread pitch they are.

Is the a bronze nipple available?

Is the a special Lemat nipple tool available?

I'm sorry that I can't answer your question but those LeMats are really neat. Wish I could afford one .. that works 100% of the time. ;)

Good evening,
Col.LeMat, a member on the Forum here is still out there. He can answer your questions and tell you a lot about your Grapeshot revolver. If you have the time\ wherewithal and he has the time and inclination, he is known for tweaking these amazing revolvers to perform even better.
regards,

P.S. I use a Chapman manufactured nipple wrench: CM13, to remove the nipples on my LeMat. It works with all of the Ted Cash inserts for different sizes of nipples.
