Plate Carrier choice

Hello to all

I've decided to purchase Level 4 Rifle plates and have not yet chosen the plate carrier.
The Blackhawk STRIKE Cutaway and the BDS Tactical Advanced Plate Carrier are among some i have been looking at;

Can anyone help me in choosing a Plate carrier? (Based on personal experience)

lightfighter.net would be a great place to ask this question. There are a number of people on that site that wear plate carriers daily.
