Pocket Carry for S&W 627

I just got a S&W 627, 2 5/8 inch barrel. I would like to pocket carry (I know, it's a big gun). Any suggestions for a holster? Thanks

John Henry Fitzgerald carried two Colt New Service .45 Colt revolvers in his front pants pockets. They had 2 inch barrels, cutaway trigger guards, shortened grips, and "de-horned" hammers. Of course, he wore jodhpurs, and the pockets were generous.

I think you need some custom leather made for the big S&W or just have your pockets lined with leather.

Assuming the pocket on your winter coat/parka is actually big enough (mine aren't) to hold an N-frame, you'll also need a pocket holster. Bob Mika can probably make one for you. Excellent quality but the wait can be ~6 months.
