Pocket holster "grip" material help

I'm looking for some material similar to what Desantis or what Uncle Mikes use on their pocket holsters to give it that "grip" and where I could acquire it.
I've tried wrapping my leather pocket holster with "grip tape" from the Home Depot but after awhile it would be covered in lint and no longer "grippy".
Any suggestions is appreciated.

Why don't you just buy one of those holsters? Isn't the Uncle Mike's pocket holster a $15.00 holster. You'd spend more money wrapping the holster than you would buying the holster from Uncle Mike's.

I agree on the Uncle Mike's pocket holster. It definitely works as advertised, although I have noticed that it grips better in cotton pockets than it does in polyester pockets.

It's a handmade leather pocket holster for a derringer.
I already have a Uncle Mikes for a different handgun.
