Polish x54R??

Could anyone tell me if the Polish surplus 7.62x54r is of decent quality? I ordered a bunch from AIM and was wondering if I should have picked something else. I have heard good things about the Czech silvertip.

I just got a case and it shot very well for me in my M44. Recoil wasn't bad as it is light steel core ammo. There were occasional vertical split necks but this didn't seem to matter. I was getting around 2" at 75 yards and I am not the best shot around. Can't beat the price.
