Used to treat a scuba mask with a generous dose of spit; rub it evenly around the lens, then a single dunk rinse in the water.
 
+1 on Rain-X. Not only do we use it on our shooting glasses and all our car windshields, but it keeps your shower door cleaner.
 
I tore the soft foam that lined the vent holes on the top and bottom of my
issue ESS goggles. This increased air flow and greatly decreased fogging.
Yes, you will get a little more dust on the inside, but it beats not being able
to see due to fogging --especially when fogging tends to happen during
high stress situations.
