Sorta new to guns just wondering what y'all thought of these prices....

New Mossberg 702 Plinkster .22 $150

New Marlin 795 .22 $180

New Savage MKII .22 $220

Used Ruger Blackhawk New Model .45 20+ years old $380

Decent price on that Savage, I have one too and it might just be the most accurate gun I own.

If that 795 is the stainless version, it's right on par with what I paid for mine. If it's blued, that's a bit high, they tend to go in the $125-$140 range.

Depends on which models they are of course, but if the Mossberg 702 is blued, Walmart sells those for $107 here so that's way to high.

The Marlin 795 also sounds high as they are often on sale for $120 with a $20 mail in rebate making them $100 after rebate.

The Savage Mark II it all depends on the model. Does it have the accu trigger? What about a bull barrel? What kind of stock does it have? If it has the accu trigger and bull barrel it sounds decent, otherwise it sounds too high. Walmart sells the one with the standard barrel and the standard trigger and I can't remember if it's $118 or $128, but it's in that range.

I'm not sure on the value of the Blackhawks, but it sounds a little on the high side too.

Might just have to take my business else where then. He didnt seem like he wanted to come off any cheaper on anything. Sucks cause he's only like 10 mins away. The prices I have seen people getting the Plinksters for from wal mart is what made me ask about the others as well. Thanks all.
