Son bought a Thompson Contender .50cal ML, SS and camo'd- new - never fired. Problem is previous owner "painted" the SS reciever and barrel some god awful brown.
Some of the paint has chipped off, and inspecting it would appear the metal wasn't "roughed up" prior to the paint job. Whats the best way to get this crap off the stainless without compromosing the original shine on the stainless. Don't want it looking "brushed" when finished. Thanks
