Resizing on my lock n load progressive is quicker than on a single stage by a significant margin, only needing to add brass, or add and remove, makes things go significantly faster, the other day I resized 500pcs of 223 brass in 30 minutes,
I was solely focused and went quickly

I load for my 308 bolt action on my single stage because in my mind it is capable of greater consistency, but I have zero data to back that up

I have messed around on a couple friends progressives before (L&L, 550). With all the prep work I do and the priming OFF the press I want to do with rifle rounds I find that loading in a batch method of 300-500 each sitting I can go faster with my SS press. Your results may vary but I like the pace and the results for the precision aspect of it.
