Has anybody on here tried the the 7.62x25 listed on the link below?

http://www.classicarms.us/ammunition.htm

I heard about Bulgarian 7.62x25 having problems, but that was years ago. Don't know about the current batch. I think J&G Sales may be offering the same or similar batches with purchase of a Romy Tok TT. Any info is appreciated.

Dunno, but at $10/50 rounds I have decided to buy PPU in reloadable brass because I reload. 20c a round for corrosive surplus? The stuff either has to be in great demand or the supply really is getting short. I'll probably still buy some of the surplus to chrono, but not anything like a full case.

The cans and 16-round paper wrappers look like the problematic ammo. I shot a can of the bad stuff way back before I knew better, it was very erratic with some rounds almost squibs and others seeming way hotter than normal. Fairly high dud rate too.

I'd not buy any of this Bulgarian surplus ammo without first knowing its headstamp and checking it against the the bad stuff -- should be in the archives here somewhere.
