Question about RCBS X-die 2 die sets.

So far I only reload .223, and handgun calibers on my Dillon 550B. I am getting ready to purchase dies for .30-06 so I can keep my Garand properly fed. Up till now I have only used the Dillon dies, which are three die sets for the rifles. (or at least .223).

So, does the seating die on the 2 die set also take care of crimping the case to the bullet?

I use the "X" die, but only bought the sizer/decapper. I'd bet the seater die is also a crimp die, but I'd much prefer to seat and crimp at different stations. I'd suggest seating with the RCBS die and crimping with a Lee Factory Crimp Die.

I use the X-die for my Garand......and yes, the seater die will also crimp. I don't crimp my bullets for the Garand.
