H-4895 and IMR4895 + W748 are well suited powders for 308win with 150gr to 168gr bullets, many others also like the slower H-varget, but upper loadings are gonna be compressed charges with that powder, which Varget seems to like anyhow.

I would suggest IMR4895, H4895, Reloader 15, or Varget.
