Quick question about high caps

I'm pretty sure I'm ok on this but I want to make sure. I have some high capacity magazines that I purchased before the ban. Now, can I sell some of them on the internet to someone out of state and ship them to him from California? I think the answer is yes but I need to know for sure before I ship them.

A few cities in Ohio (Clevland, Cincinati, Toledo) have a ban on high caps but most of the state is ok. Perhaps a member from Ohio will come along to better answer. Also from what I understand magazines over 31 rounds are forbidden in Ohio as well.
