Quick question about Mossberg 44us

So a family friend wanted me to sell a few guns for her. All of them were quick sales except for this Jem. A mossberg 44usw/ mag with an original 8M4 (b) scope in box with all parts. Now i found that the rifles are going for 250-400 depending on condition (this ones its good shape with original peep and front sight past some rust on the side of the barrel). But i cant find a thing of info about the scope and its value.

Could you guys give me a price point on it? I need to get these items sold... Some info would be a great help!

I have one - great guns. Wish I had another (or funds to make an offer on that one). I wish the CMP still had them for that matter.

I'd just go off what similar guns are selling for on Gunbroker. I'd guess 300 for the rifle would be a fair price.

I have a feeling that scope may surpass the value of the rifle, but I don't really know - just a hunch.

ETA: I looked real quick on GB, and saw one that sold recently for $345 after 18 or so bids.
