Casey Nethercot was arrested on false charges and sent straight to prision (not jail). He was incarcerated for 52 days. much of that time in a 6x8 concrete block cell with a steel door. They would turn the lights off up to 36 hours at a time and then come in and demand he sign paperwork implicating RR members in illegal activities. He said he was also asked to be a turncoat and plant evidence etc on RR members. When he would refuse they would take away one of his two meals that day.
Durning this time no one knew where he was. He had people calling every day trying to locate him but to no avail and of coarse he wasn't allowed to make phone calls or see an attorney.
They original charge steemed from an allegeded pistol whipping he gave to two illegals that were apprehended on RR property. LUCKY LUCK LUCKY for him a film crew was there and photographed they entire incident so he was finally released - only to be put back into jail on another charge. Something about a court date that he did not make in Texas I believe. But how could he make it since he was in Prison at the time????? So now he is free on bail set at $250,000.00!!!!! Isn't that more than capital murder?
He also states that the honorable Morris Dees is suing RR and trying to take possition of the property. Now that the film crew has proven beyond a shadow of doubt that the pistol whipping never took place morris is willing to drop the suit-but only if casey coughs up the $60,000 or so of his legal expenses - casey's words not mine.
Some interesting tid bits I jotted down. Casey says the FBI agent in charge in the Sierra Vista office told him point blank they were going to get him even if they had to plant illegal firearms or anything to do it - But that they would wait until things calmed down to do it. He says they will also go after ANYONE involved with RR and stop at nothing to get them. Casey claims to have never before released video showing mexican troops actually moving drugs to our side of the border. He furthur states that he has a mexican Military SGT on Video stating that if RR does not stops its activities that they are going to KILL him and RR members. This and other video is supposed to be released to Alex Jones. He states that the latest shooting at RR was designed to KILL himself and or Jack Foot. Alex never ask him how he knew that.
One final note. When Casey was originally arrested he said there were 51 agents involved armed with MG's.

Also, today at 2:30 PM he was to turn himself in... With NO charges! This came from the Arizona state Governor's office. As of now, I can't find any news on what happened today at 2:30... But he said he was going to turn himself in because if not, the National Guard would come and get him but for what, he has not been charged for any crime.
