Well my wife & I took the time to get out to the range for a short shooting session yesterday with the intention of getting some 9mm through her new Smith & Wesson SD9VE, sorry no pictures.
Becky definitely likes the feel of the Smith & Wesson & really likes that the recoil is less with it than the ole Colt 1991A1 .45, also that there is more then double the ammo count between magazine changes so trigger time was more sustained.
Her thoughts initially was that the trigger is a bit long but not too bad but did think it to be a little heavy, told her that there is a kit available that may help in that.
Reliability is AWESOME, it ran through 15 rounds of 115gr. JHP Remington HTP & 75 rounds of 115gr. FMJ UMC without a single hiccup, accuracy was also pretty decent too with 10 yard double taps running in the 2.5-3 inch range & 25 yard single taps running in the near 4 inch range but we both think that maybe working on lightening the trigger a little may help there.
The ergonomics is very good for the price of the sidearm.
