It's being held at my home club, West Shore Sportsmen's Association. For those who aren't aware of the club's history, West Shore is the home of the National Tactical Invitational, which Tom has attended, participated in, and lectured at for nearly a decade. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better facility to conduct realistic training.

Tom Givens home is Memphis, and his training has enabled his students to survive more gunfights than any other school currently in operation. The last count I heard was some six dozen of his students survived their fight.

I'm enrolled to take this one. And I received no discount or consideration; I'm paying full price for the class just like anyone else.

Dynamic Marksmanship, Two-Day
Saturday - Sunday July 24-25, 2010

This is an immersion level course, conducted over two days, and covers the content of Combative Pistol I and parts of Combative Pistol II in the same weekend. The primary focus of the class is the ability to quickly deliver fight-stopping hits while moving dynamically.

This course is taught by two instructors, with the students divided into two groups, one per instructor. The groups rotate back and forth between the two trainers, with both groups firing concurrently in separate bays. This maximizes trigger time, and allows us to cover an incredible amount of information and shooting in one weekend.

Students will fire between 1,000 and 1,500 rounds.
