Happy Friday everyone. Has anyone used the real avid level right pro system for leveling reticles? I am looking for a better system than using bubble levels on the turret and wondered if it is really worth 70$. Thanks!
My system (which is alot cheaper FWIW) is to use the bubble levels to ensure the rifle is level, then bubble level the scope. At that point, I have a plumb line hung on the wall by my bench and I shine a flashlight back through the objective which projects the reticle onto the wall, and I level the reticle with the plumb line.
Looking more at the Real Avid system, seems like its basically a more refined version of the method I use.
This picture (taken from a TFB post about the method) shows what the whole setup ends up looking like.
