rear sight adjustable 5906

Hi everyone, need a little help. lost the windage detent ball and spring on my 5906 S&W. This effectively just ruined that rear sight. Does anybody know of a rear sight replacement avail. I contacted Brownells and S&M no longer makes it. Brownell's told me they had a "kit" for the rear sight but a few reviewers said not such a good fit. I would rather replace the 2 white dot with possible after market. This sight is held in place with 3 detent springs and plungers, so a dove tail type is out. I really like this gun and if any body has suggestions or thoughts let me know I would apprciate it. thank you Nutbustd US Army Retired

Numrich has most of those parts in stock, but I'm not 100% sure they're OEM. Perhaps someone else can confirm it for us?
