Can someone please help me identify which redfield peep sight is pictured? Maybe for a lever gun? Thanks!:)

I have a similar, if not identical, sight that was purchased in the mid-1960's and mounted on a M94 Winchester. The rifle had to be D&T'd.

I still have the box and paperwork, and apparently there were 2 models, either model 70- or 80-, followed by a 2 letter designation. Mine is an 80-EH. The only difference (I think) is that my elevation knob is knurled. The rifle it is mounted on resides in the back of my safe and would take some serious moving to verify. Sorry. The box states "HUNTER KNOBS", which might explain the difference.

The price tag on the box say's $6.50.

Yes, those rear aperture sights were popular on Winchester and Marlin lever guns.

With sight radiuses on those rifles at about 24 inches for their 20 inch barrels, 4 clicks on that sight moved bullet impact 1.25" at 100 yards. About .3 inch per click.
