I have two graduate degrees in education, and have worked in training both in the military and in industry after retiring. The problems with this course are:
1. You can learn reloading from any good reloading manual. After all, the makers of powder, primers, dies, scales, etc., have a vested interest in providing you with simple, easy-to-learn instructions.
2. Good training requires interaction. You can do that with an open book on the bench, as you walk yourself through the steps.
3. What is "certification?" You pay for it, but what do you get from being "cetified?"
4. If you need expert advice, forums like this, with all sorts of people ready to help are as good as it gets, and free, too.
