I have reloaded on a single stage loader a number of years ago. My brother-in-law that was 44 years old recently passed and I'm now the owner of all of his reloading stuff. He usually coached my through all of the steps of reloading. I want to start reloading soon and really looking for guidance. I want to make sure that I do everything right. I have asked around and I haven't been able to find someone local that I trust that can meet up when I can. I have two small girls and commute around 4-5 hours a day. I really don't have time to do a lot of reading and like most people I learn better visually. Do you have any suggestions for a DVD or someone that is very good on YouTube?

Most manufacturers make videos of their equipment in use. I would trust that a lot more than some yahoo on youtube.

What brands did he have? I know RCBS and Dillon have their own videos.

But learning to reload is not something to do in a hurry. If you don't have time to do it right, you don't have time to do it.

Reloading is an activity that cannot tolerate either lack of attention or lack of time. I spentlast Saturday evening, taking apart 78, yep 78 cartridges that I messed up, Saturday morning.

I was in a hurry and kept telling myself I was not in a hurry, but to take my time, but it did not work. I royally screwed up. I did 80 25-06 rounds, messed up in the seating die. My thoughts were not on the 25-06 but on the new 204. I fired the first round, the second would not let the bolt close and then I noticed, while at the range, how fouled up the seating had been.

I emphasize one more time, that I kept saying, go slow, take your time, you are not in a hurry, but I was.

Wont happen again!

Tankless, take a look at ultimatereloader.com on youtube, as a part of that look at the channel of Gavintube , very informative. Make up dummy rounds and like others have said take your time.
