want to start reloading rifle rounds, not sure as to which kit would be a starter kit and where to purchase a recommended setup

If money is tight I'd keep an eye open for a used single-stage,use it until you feel the need to get a turret. Surely not everyone that upgrades keeps their old press...or do they? That said,I bought a new RockChucker Supreme kit and love it,but I don't load more that a couple hundred rounds per week.

The Lee 50th Anniversary Reloading Kit is what I started with and it works well. Just be patient with the scale. It's hard to work with until you're used to it but I have no doubt that it's accurate. Good luck and safe loading

I'd reccomend starting like my buddy did,buy used.He b ought a rockchucker, and compared to my Lee Challenger...well,there is no comparison.Sizes rifle cases like they arent even in there.
Tons of used dies on the 'net, and used Lyman 55 and/or rcbs powder measures.
buying these 3 items used can easily save you 75 bucks, apply that to a trimmer which u will need for rifle rounds.
You can save bucks on used scales too, plenty of them out there.

For a SS, I highly recommend you consider the priming system. Efficient priming on the ram can save a lot of time. If the system sucks, you'll end up adding a whole other step. There's plenty of places to buy a press. Midway and Cabela's are the ones that I would go to, first, for price and selection. If there's a Cabela's near you, you can save on the shipping charge.
