Rem. 870 16 ga. accessories?

Does anyone have a good source for odd 870 parts? I have an old Wingmaster in 16ga., and would like to see what I could do to "dress it up" a bit. It's just so hard to find parts for it. Do many 12 ga. parts fit it? Thanks in advance.

When you say dress it up, are you talking switching out the furniture?

I'm saying I'd like to find out what, if any, parts out there I'd have a choice on swapping out, from barrels to stocks... I've got another 870 in 20ga, and I know between that and the 12ga, you can configure the gun in any myriad of ways. (cantilever scoped rifled, rifled slug w/iron sights, pistol grip stock, etc. etc.) But I can't seem to find much anywhere for the 16ga. I don't know if the 16 will accept anything from the 12 to swap things like stocks. I also don't know if anyone knows of some shop or store that specializes in 870's. My 1100's for birds and clays. My 11-87 is Special Purpose for Turkey. My 870 in 20 is for deer, and then I've got this ol' Wingmaster. Mostly just for fun, (and if I ever go pheasant again) but I'd just like to know if I've got any "options" for it. I like options with my firearms.

Just a complete WAG here:
I would imagine that as the 20ga and the 12ga interchange furniture the 16ga would too. The lack of information is likely simply due to the fact that 16ga is not nearly as popular as 12ga or 20ga.
For the record I am a HUGE 16ga fan, IMO it's the only gauge I need. An 870 wingmaster in 16ga is a sweet gun, any pictures?

Ask and you shall receive... I saw this sitting in a second hand store for about 8 months for like $140. I called the guy out on the price, saying "it's just been sitting here, it's an oddball in 16ga."... I got it for $60.
