Back in August I'd contacted Remington and asked to have my R51 replaced under the replacement program. Received a single email advising that a ticket had been created, more instructions to follow.
Heard nothing more so I called them yesterday and was told they would send a call tag for my pistol and they are still planning on shipping replacements come November.
I received an email from UPS advising they will be by today to pick up the pistol. Here's hoping
