remington 700 VTR need info

hello, i was in a gun shop yesterday looking for a target rifle (up to 500 yds at least) and i saw a remington 700 vtr chambered in .308 was hoping some of yall are shooting this rifle and can give me some honest reviews on accuracy and overall performance thanks

Read 11, 12, and 13. Others if you wish. But, it looks like the SPS Tac and SPS Varmint are more accurate thatn the VTR.

I had a chance to fire a 223 SPS TAC last saturday. Now I want one.

The VTR looks great, but I hated the stock. Just bought a NIB SPS Tactical for $519 on gunbroker....one on there right now as low as $569....Can't wait until it arrives!!!

You will like the SPS better. I have a LTR that is dead nuts accurate but price has gone up on them from what I've seen.
