What would you use to recoat your blade or pocket clip when the black wears off? Does someone make a teflon spray or anything?

Depends on what the black coating is. There are a variety of paint, lacquer, polymer, teflon coatings, ceramic or bluing used depending on the knife.

Visit Brownells.com and do a search for "bake-on spray" or "oven cure" and you will find many brands of spray and bake metal coatings.

If it's only a scratch, a permanent marker may be all you need.

I'd stay away from any bake coatings if the oven cure time is in excess of 30 minutes.

You can get non-bake coatings, but the price for doing this to touch up a blade is probably prohibitive.

As tacky as it sounds look at the Krylon paints for metal. Cheap, readily available and a single can can last for years touching up your blade black.
