Can anybody tell me about the Revelation 30-06 pump rifle? I'm guessing that it was a Savage made for Western Auto, but hoping someone has a more personal experience with one and some additional information. Thanks!

Its in a gun shop 20 miles away and we just got 5in of snow, a mess out there. Would love to right now but...

Savage made thr Model 170 pump action rifle(also the model 130). This is what Western Auto sold as the Revelation pump Model 260. The Model 170 however was only made in 30.30 Win. and .35 Rem.

I still own a couple of old .22 single shots made in the 50s, one marked Sears and Roebuck was made by Marlin, the other a Montgomery Ward I aint sure of but a good gun dealer with good catalogs can find out, my old Sears was marketed under the Ted Williams name, I know he was known to be a hunter.. the innternet will help you out..

Numrich has a page where they tell you a Western Auto/Montgomery Ward/Sears model so and so was made by Remington/Savage/Winchester.
